{"id":4969,"date":"2018-11-01T10:55:02","date_gmt":"2018-11-01T09:55:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saunalorrainebad.ch\/2018\/11\/01\/tips-for-the-visit\/"},"modified":"2018-11-01T10:55:02","modified_gmt":"2018-11-01T09:55:02","slug":"tips-for-the-visit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saunalorrainebad.ch\/en\/2018\/11\/01\/tips-for-the-visit\/","title":{"rendered":"Tips for the visit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our <strong>tips for a visit<\/strong> to the Lorrainebad sauna:<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #24a7cf;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Our website provides information on <strong>opening hours<\/strong> and <strong>current capacity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Please bring <strong>your own 2 towels<\/strong> (1 x for sauna, 1 x for relaxation).<\/li>\n<li>Bring your own <strong>bathing shoes and bathrobe<\/strong> if required.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Swimwear or sauna kilt<\/strong>, if you wish to use the sauna (you are free to decide whether to go naked or with textiles) &#8211; please do not wear any synthetic fabrics in the sauna.<\/li>\n<li>If required, a small <strong>padlock<\/strong> to lock a box in the checkroom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #24a7cf;\"><strong>On site<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>To <strong>enter<\/strong>, please check in with the staff in the reception yurt (first yurt on the left) as soon as you arrive. The exact procedure will be explained to you there. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Valuables<\/strong> can be deposited at reception or locked in a box in the checkroom with your own padlock.<\/li>\n<li>For hygienic reasons, <strong>always take a shower before your first sauna session<\/strong> (1 hot water shower available). (Cleaned pores sweat better!) <\/li>\n<li>The <strong>fires<\/strong> in the yurts are maintained by the staff.<\/li>\n<li>If you\u2019d like to use the water provided for the <strong>infusions<\/strong>, please check with the other guests in the sauna.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cooling off<\/strong> after a sauna session &#8211; either in the fresh air, under the outdoor shower, in the bathtub or in the Aare.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Relaxing<\/strong> in the reception yurt, silent and relaxation yurt or in the outdoor area.<\/li>\n<li>Water, tea and <strong>refreshments<\/strong> in the reception yurt.<\/li>\n<li>Our values charter <strong>welcomes everyone<\/strong>. The acronym FINTA stands for women, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people. FINTA Day is aimed at people who self-identify as such \u2013 in other words, anyone who is patriarchally discriminated against because of their gender identity. Pregnant women are also advised not to go to the sauna.
