on foot
- From the Lorraine bus stop, it’s a relaxed 10-minute walk in the fresh winter air: turn into Quartiergasse at the crosswalk. At the other end, cross Lorrainestrasse and follow Schmiedgasse until it joins Jurastrasse. From here it goes downhill and after a few meters a footpath leads downstream (follow the signs), under the railroad viaduct and to the Lorrainebad.
- Or via the riverside path to the Lorrainebad: from Altenberg downstream, from the Engehalde weir upstream.
- Attention! The public footpaths to the Lorrainebad are not illuminated at night.
